DAZzle Express. DAZzle Express

Address Verification. Internet Move Updating

Internet Move Updating is a real-time address move update correction service, available as an option to AlphaMailer and Envelope Manager PAVE users. It's a unique, online method of updating mailing lists with the USPS FASTforward(SM) system.

Internet move updating is available 24/7. The process is similar to Internet Dial-A-ZIP: addresses are compared to those in the Change of Address file using any Internet connection. Seamless integration allows users to "move update" lists without the importing/exporting hassles of a service bureau. Envelope Manger provides automatic record matching - presenting each move update address with the "old" address for review and approval, then updating the addresses. A hardcopy report shows the potential move matches and the National Deliverability Index statistics required by the USPS. All addresses are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption during transmission.

Envelope Manager. Envelope Manager PAVE

This fully-loaded CASS and PAVE-certified mail automation program features Dial-A-ZIP® and a built-in address database. It has all features to meet the U.S. Postal Service presorting requirements for First-Class or Standard Mail Automation letters, flats and postcards. It also does Line-Of-Travel and Enhanced Carrier Route sorting. Envelope Manager PAVE prints mailings in tray order and prints tray separators to let users know where a tray ends and the next one begins. Envelope Manager PAVE prints all the necessary postal forms and barcoded tray and sack labels.

Envelope Manager provides access to the USPS Address Matching System (AMS) over the Internet with no setup fee or direct access to the AMS via annual CD-ROM subscription. Envelope Manager also offers real-time Internet Move Updating.


Envelope Manager. Envelope Manager LE

Developed for those who want the database features of Envelope Manager PAVE and the accuracy, speed and professional image of automation-compatible mail, but don't do discount bulk mailings. Envelope Manager LE has the database capabilities that make it easy to manage mailing lists and print barcoded mailpieces. Users can import and export any ASCII, dBASE or word processing text file, and keep address lists organized with the duplicate purging, advanced filtering features and database management tools.

Envelope Manager LE also includes a memo and letter writer utility to easily produce barcoded correspondence. The "one pass through the laser printer" custom certified mail feature, with tracking log, makes easy work of a tedious task.
